World of Warcraft-A few Basics

World of Warcraft is an amazingly easy game to get started playing. You will find a number of beginner areas and quests that help to ease you into the game. The players you come across are pretty friendly and helpful and most will answer any questions you may have.

For new players there is an in game help system. (you will see a flashing exclamation mark on the bottom of your screen).Also, any questions about anything on the interface you can hold the mouse over the item which will bring up a tooltip.

When starting off in the game, be sure to ask your friends which realm they are playing in since characters on different realms cannot play with each other nor can they normally move between realms.

You will also need to create a character by choosing his or her race, gender, and class. It's a good idea to do some research before making this choice.
